Learning from prominent institutions experiences, SBM has developed an MBA program in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (MBA-CCE). SBM believes this program will offer an approach to maximize the chance to develop technology-based entrepreneurs in the areas of creative and cultural industries. By developing this program, SBM aims to increase the number of opportunity-based entrepreneurs and the number of high added value businesses.

Overview Program
Tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs, ITB’s MBA program in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (MBA-CCE) is dedicated to the new generation of entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural industries. This MBA-CCE program focuses on the latest practices and knowledge on arts and design, local culture, leadership, entrepreneurship, and business management for growth and sustainability. Supported by the Goldsmiths, University of London (GUL) with its Institute of Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (ICCE), the MBA-CCE is offered by the School of Business and Management (SBM) in a joint-cooperation with the Faculty of Arts and Design (FSRD) of ITB.

Program Uniqueness
The MBA-CCE Program provides these uniquenesses:

  • The Program is designed to provide hands-on experiences and supports for creating new businesses since the beginning of the program.
  • The Program will be delivered by Clinical Faculty, who are mostly practitioners and entrepreneurs in creative and cultural areas.
  • The Program combines ITB strengths in arts, design, science, technology, and business management by the cooperation between School of Business and Management and Faculty of Arts and Design (FSRD).
  • The Program is fully supported by Institute of Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (ICCE) at the Goldsmiths, University of London (GUL), a leading university in the field of creative and cultural entrepreneurship.
  • The Program will be strengthened by the existence of a business support system, including entrepreneurs club, incubation process, business mentors, venture capital/angel investors, and business networks.

The mission of MBA in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship is to educate the new generation of entrepreneurs in creative and cultural industries. There are four areas students need to be equipped with:

  • Capabilities in spotting and evaluating business opportunities
  • Capabilities in planning a business and in creating a good business model
  • Capabilities in initiating a new venture
  • Capabilities in growing a business

Monday-Friday 08.00 – 17.00

Length of Studying: 18-24 Month
