Nur Arief Rahmatsyah Putranto finished his bachelor study from Industrial Engineering ITB in 2008 and right after the graduation he joined School of Business and Management (SBM) ITB through Future Faculty Development Program (FFDP). In 2011, he continued his study in Master of Human Resources Management at Griffith University in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. He Graduated from his master in 2012 with Honors. His research interests are Knowledge Management, Human Capital Management, Leadership, and International Human Resources Management.
