BANDUNG, Indonesia, February 19th, 2014. It was a bright afternoon at School of Business and Management ITB (SBM ITB) Building, Bandung Campus. Mr. Jamaludin Malik and Mr. Holyes the auditors from Sucofindo International Certification Services, announced the grant of ISO 9001:2008 Certification on SBM ITB.
SBM ITB has implemented system that comply with SNI ISO 9001:2008 on Quality Management Systems-Requirements. This certification scope include Program Studi Sarjana Manajemen dan Unit-Unit Kerjanya (Study Program of Bachelor in Management and Supporting Units).BANDUNG, Indonesia, February 19th, 2014. On his short speech, SBM ITB Dean Prof. Sudarso said “When we were started this certification process, we have a spirit to improve services to students and partners, not only to get the certification .This achievement is a beginning of our improvement plan”.
The Vice Dean of Resource, Dr. Aurik Gustomo added as a closing statement “We had great teamwork that support this process until SBM ITB is certified, and we must keep on that track”.
