Methods Action Research discuss how to make improvements in the organization, in which the Ph.D.students has the authority to propose and implement improvements. The implementation should be support by top management in term of team work and budgets.The impact of the improvements will be monitored and evaluated.
The results of the evaluation will be published in international journals indexed in Scopus to ensure the originality of the content, proper use of research method and clear scientific contribution to body of knowledge of management field.
