Three groups defined as Indonesian grassroots are not limited to the young potentials with strong motivation who come from unfortunate economic background, graduates of religious/community boarding school such as madrasah or pesantren, and others who are determined to develop their villages, regions, and so on. Attended by lecturers and practitioners, they formulated the school’s concept as follow:
1. School of Empathy.
2. Live in Concept: learn problem, solve problem.
3. Ecological connect, social connect, spiritual connect.
5. Additional requirement might apply for students selected from Bidik Misi program.
6. Formal education to be combined with field practices.
The workshop will then be continued with the concept implementation.
