Community Service team from Ikatan Mahasiswa Kewirausahaan (IMK) Artha conducted a social event on February 3rd, 2018 in Rumah Yatim, Sukajadi. The target of this event was children age between 5 to 15 years’ old who live in Rumah Yatim. There were 8 boys and 9 girls who joined the event. And 10 Bachelor of Entrepreneurship students involved as committee.
The theme of the event is ‘self-made’ which aims to provide a knowledge about how easy to start a business since young age. The event started with introduction between the children and the committee. Then there was a material about how to be an early entrepreneur delivered by Dandy Aldilax. The kids were challenged to sell a pudding which already delivered before by the committee in game formation. This method is to cultivate responsiveness and cooperation attitude. The activities boost the kids’ spirit so they enjoyed very actively and creatively.
The next activity was Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions and quiz sessions with prizes. Children were actively asked and answered questions from the committee and they were given prizes for their participation in Q&A. The activities were closed with Dzuhur pray and lunch together.
