Hary Febriansyah is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB), holding a PhD in Management from Innsbruck University, Austria. With nearly 20 years of academic and professional experience, he has served as HR & Operations Manager, Head of Industrial Management Laboratory, and Head of Research Centre at SBM-ITB.
He has taught in the MBA program for over 15 years, specializing in Organizational Behaviour, Human Capital Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. His students come from diverse industries, managerial levels, and countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, the UK, and the US.
Hary actively leads national and international research collaborations with universities, government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and SMEs. His global partnerships include Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Alpen Adria University, Kent Business School, Birmingham City University, and Derby Business School.
As a former Deputy and later Head of the Centre of Knowledge for Business Competitiveness at SBM-ITB, he has led teams in research, consulting, and training projects, securing grants from Austria, the European Union, and the UK. His core expertise lies in Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, and Knowledge Management, supported by a strong record in international networking, negotiation, and leadership.
