All new SBM ITB students in 2022 participated in the “Product Bazaar” on Saturday (26/11/2022). The event took place in the West Hall of ITB.

The Product Bazaar was full of booths consisting products sold by students.

The bazaar attracted the interest of many people, from students of other faculties to their guardians. The Product Bazaar is the culmination of the 2022 SBM ITB student project in the Introduction To Business course assignment. The crowds of visitors enabled students to experience serving large numbers of customers.

“Wow, this time, our customers are twice as before. Even the waiting list is long, it’s really cool and quite tiring,” said Dafa Azakaya Mubi, the CEO of the company Ngeshoot Project.

Each booth has its characteristics. For example, the company Nuslice carries the archipelago theme; Yin Yum uses the Chinese style, and many more. Some companies use unique properties, such as the Ngeshoot Project, which brings large photo booths.

It took the students 11 hours to decorate their booth. During the bazaar activities, there are also other activities besides product exhibitions, for example the Drone Race Competition, where students operate a drone device and have to face some pretty difficult challenges. Other activities is Business Empire, where students act as a CEO and manage a business to make a profit.

Each activity lasts 1 hour. The event was closed with a video showing the teaching team, documentation, and singing the Business School song together.
