Profile

Fitri Aprilianty is a full-time lecturer at School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB). She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Systems and Design Engineering Department at Graduate School of Sciences and Technology for Innovation, Yamaguchi University, Japan. She earned her Master of Science in Management from SBM-ITB and her first degree in Biology from School of Life Sciences and Technology, ITB.
She transitioned from biological sciences to marketing research, pioneering the application of neuroscience methodologies in consumer behavior studies. She is a member of the Korean Academy of Marketing Science (KSMS), Knowledge-Based Intelligent Information & Engineering Systems (KES International) and Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA).
Her research interests focus on neuromarketing applications using EEG technology, digital consumer behaviour, innovation management in business, and AI applications in various industries. She has experience in community development, providing business training and consultancy for cooperatives and small-medium enterprises across West Java, bridging academic research with practical business solutions in agricultural and inclusive business ecosystems.
