Profile

Ms. Dina Dellyana is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Business Incubator at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB). She also serves as the Assistant Director of the Directorate of Professional and Continuing Education at ITB. Beyond academia, she is the Founder and Managing Partner of iDNA Solutions, a research and consulting firm specializing in innovation, digital transformation, and ecosystem development.

Her expertise in innovation management is recognized globally, reflected in her role as a member of the Global Advisory Council of the Australian Innovation Management Institute (AIMI). Since 2022, she has been entrusted as the Coordinator of the Global Center of Excellence and International Cooperation for Creative Economy (G-CINC), an initiative mandated by the 2018 World Conference on Creative Economy Bali Agenda. She is also actively engaged in ecosystem building as the Division Head of the City Creative Committee in Bandung and as Startup Division Head of MIKTI Indonesia.

Ms. Dellyana conducts extensive research on topics related to the creative industries, digitalization, innovation, SME development, and business incubation. She is also a prolific author, contributing to several books and chapters, including Blueprint Book of Indonesia’s Creative Industry: Music Subsector (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, 2015), Routledge Handbook of Cultural and Creative Industry in Asia (2018), Collage of National Creative Economy Thought (2018), Digital Incubator Playbook (2020), Modelling a Healthy Creative Scene (2021), Startup Tools Book (2021), and Childpreneurship (2022).
