Profile

Adita Pritasari is a Lecturer at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), where she has taught since 2014 and is part of the People and Knowledge Management Research Group. Her academic expertise lies in Organizational Behavior and Human Capital Management, supported by advanced training from Harvard Business School in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Principles.

Beyond teaching, Adita has served as a banker and is also engaged as a consultant, trainer, and assessor for numerous state-owned enterprises, multinational companies, and government institutions. She has extensive experience in competency development, leadership programs, organizational design, and professional assessments. Her professional contributions are complemented by her role as Program Manager at The Greater Hub, SBM ITB’s business incubator, where she bridges academia and industry to foster impactful organizational and leadership development.
