Profile

Nur Arief Rahmatsyah Putranto is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB). He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia and completed his master’s degree in human resource management at Griffith University, Australia. His research interests include cultural intelligence, pedagogy/andragogy, human capital management, and game-based learning. He is passionate about understanding how individuals and organizations navigate cultural diversity, and how learning experiences can be designed to enhance engagement especially in business school context. In SBM ITB, he supervised students in Bachelor of Management and already published a number of academic papers related with his interest. His research often bridges theory and practice, aiming to develop both students in business school and employees in business so they can perform excellently.
