Andika Putra Pratama received his PhD in Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey (Rutgers University), majoring in Organizational Behavior with minor in Organization Theory. The title of his dissertation is “Homo Religious at Work: An Exploration of How “Religiosity” Relates to Ethics,” exploring the intersection between “religiosity” and ethics at work. His overall interests are interdisciplinary, exploring issues related to organizational behavior, business ethics, and cross-cultural management. He received his undergraduate degree of Science in Astronomy and master’s degree of Science in Management from the same university (ITB). He also received diplomas from the University of Helsinki (Intercultural Competence) and Utrecht University (Astrophysics, Linguistics).
