The Greater Hub ITB kicked off its newest season of MSME Coaching Clinic with an opening ceremony for the 2022 batch on Saturday (19/2/2022). Unlike before, in this seventh phase of Coaching Clinic, The Greater Hub collaborated with Shopee to scale up the MSMEs to online business.

This event started with Dina Dellyana, the Director of The Greater Hub ITB, presenting about the technicalities and mechanisms of the coaching clinic. Activities that will be carried out in this program are daily coaching, monthly classes, legal consultation, and evaluation.

“Every day, there is a team on standby, and MSMEs do not need to worry because our coaches have gone through training to solve the root of the problems MSMEs are facing. Maybe, not all questions can be addressed on-site by the coaches because they have to be escalated; MSMEs might have to wait while the coach consults with their mentors,” said Dina.
The monthly class is a thematic class held in collaboration with Shopee, focusing more on online business development. Some of the materials that will be discussed include online and global marketing opportunities through Shopee Export, the importance of store identity through branding, and how to maximize social media to increase the store traffic. In addition to these classes, advanced classes are available after the Coaching Clinic program. MSMEs taking the class can also join shopee exposure programs, such as Hot Deals, Shopee Select Local, and Kreasi Nusantara.
