The Entrepreneurship Student Association (IMK Artha) of SBM ITB successfully held Artha Flagship 2025, an annual event designed to equip students with relevant insights, skills, and networks in the world of entrepreneurship, in Bandung on Saturday (17/5). This year’s Artha Flagship carries the spirit of sustainability and innovation in the world of startups, presenting a series of events that inspire the spirit and mindset of young entrepreneurs.
“Artha Flagship 2025 is not only a learning space but also a place for students and startup activists to grow. This event reflects the collective spirit to continue to support the progress of an inclusive, innovative, and adaptive entrepreneurial ecosystem,” said the Chairman of the IMK “Artha” Association, Alldyo Novan, as the event organizer.
The series of events began with an inspiring talk show themed “Adaptability as the Key to Sustainable Startup Growth.” This session was presented by the Director of The Greater Hub and Founder of IDNA Solution, Dina Dellyana, and Angga Fauzan, CEO & Co-Founder of MySkill and Founder of Boyolali Bergerak, who is also an alumnus of Visual Communication Design ITB.
In the discussion, both speakers conveyed the importance of adaptation as a crucial ability that determines the sustainability of a startup. Dina Dellyana emphasized that what can save a startup from the “valley of death” or the valley of death of a business idea is not just the product or business but the founder himself.
“A good founder will attract a good team. Founders need a dynamic capability of understanding human needs and behavior. Adaptability is a must, but it must be accompanied by knowledge,” said Dina.
Meanwhile, Angga Fauzan said that adaptability does not mean always changing with the flow. In some cases, founders need to be firm in their core business values.
“Refining our core” is an important process so that innovation remains grounded in a strong vision. In a rapidly changing world, the ability to re-learn, dismantle old assumptions, and adapt to market needs is the key to sustainable growth.
After the talk show, the event continued with a workshop entitled “Innovative AI for Digital Marketing: Optimizing Strategies and Story Branding,” presented by Nur Islami Javad. This workshop equipped participants with practical knowledge about the use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing strategies. Participants were invited to understand how AI can be used to create a strong brand narrative (story branding), increase marketing efficiency, and optimize campaign results. This workshop became a space for young entrepreneurs to explore technology, helping them discover new ways to reach their audiences and communicate product value more effectively.
As the culmination of the series of events, Artha Flagship presented an Investor Speed Dating session. In this session, young startup owners had the opportunity to engage in a direct dialogue with investors in a brief yet intensive manner. The goal is to test the feasibility of ideas, expand business networks, and explore potential funding opportunities.
Through a series of talk shows, workshops, and investor speed dating, Artha Flagship invites participants to realize that behind every successful startup lies a combination of personal resilience, adaptability, and the courage to innovate.
