Donald Crestofel Lantu is a Professor of Business Leadership at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), currently serving as Vice Dean of Resources, Head of the Human Capital and Knowledge Management Research Group, and Chair of the Center for Sustainable Business. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (S.T.) and MBA in Technology Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a Ph.D. in Business from Massey University, New Zealand.
Over his academic career, he has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, Director of Executive Education, and Acting Head of the Undergraduate Management Program at SBM ITB. His research interests span leadership development, human capital, knowledge management, and the creative industries, with numerous publications in Scopus-indexed journals and several authored books. Prof. Donald has also led national and international research collaborations, consulting projects, and institutional development initiatives, earning recognition such as the Best Lecturer in Community Service award from ITB in 2024.
