Yulianto Suharto is a senior faculty member at SBM ITB and a strategic advisor to state-owned enterprises, ministries, and international partners. With deep expertise in business model innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, green economy, and public policy.

He leads high-impact transformation projects across sectors—from healthcare and energy to agriculture and education. Beyond academia, he actively drives cooperative-based ventures and digital innovation initiatives, blending scholarly insight with practical execution to deliver sustainable economic and social value.

  • Consultancy Experience: Led over 40+ national-scale feasibility studies and strategic advisory projects for BUMN clients such as Bio Farma, PT Timah, PT Kimia Farma, PT Indofarma, and PLN’s ICON+ through PT LAPI ITB.
  • Served on the Investment Advisory Board for the West Java Provincial Government, contributing to strategic project reviews and public-private investment plans.
  • Applied Tools & Frameworks: Applied Business Model Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy, and Design Thinking in innovation and transformation projects across healthcare, green economy, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Policy Papers / White Papers : Authored white paper on the veterinary medicine market potential for strategic national industry development. Contributed to government-aligned reports on halal ecosystem development, carbon credit commercialization for agro-MSMEs, and state capital optimization.
  • Collaborative Projects : Co-led Bio Farma’s multi-entity distribution network optimization and PT Timah’s divestment planning, engaging with ministries, SOEs, and holding structures.
  • Initiated the Strategic Holding with Cooperative Equity model, involving SBM ITB faculty and policy discussions with national stakeholders.
