Profile

Prof. Aurik Gustomo is a Professor at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB). He currently serves as Dean of SBM ITB, after previously holding leadership positions as Vice Dean of Academic Affairs and Vice Dean of Resources.
His expertise lies in People Development, Leadership, Corporate Culture, Entrepreneurial Behavior, and Human Capital Management. Over the past two decades, he has published extensively in reputable international journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science, with research covering innovation capability, dynamic capabilities in digital transformation, human resource ecosystems, Pharma 4.0, entrepreneurial competencies, leadership in multicultural teams, and organizational learning.
Beyond academia, He has extensive consulting and facilitation experience with multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and government institutions. His consultancy work spans areas such as organizational and human capital design, leadership development, change management, competency framework formulation, organizational health assessment, feasibility studies, and employee engagement. His contributions have supported organizations in strengthening strategic alignment, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving sustainable transformation.
