The SBM ITB officially opened the GreaterHub XIX Incubator Program on Friday (September 19). Eighteen selected startups from Bandung, Jakarta, and Central Java participated in this latest batch. The incubation programs include fintech, agriculture, animal husbandry, and SaaS.
In the opening session, the Coordinator of the SBM ITB GreaterHub Incubator, Dr. Dina Dellyana, emphasized the importance of consistency in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). She believes many entrepreneurs make the mistake of changing targets when faced with challenges.
“OKRs shouldn’t change constantly. What needs to be adjusted is not the OKRs, but the approach to achieving them,” Dina said, to enthusiastic response from the participants.
The next session featured Nurfaisa Hidayanti, a psychologist and part-time lecturer at SBM ITB. She introduced the DISC personality concept, which encompasses four dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Participants were also encouraged to identify their individual profiles and understand team dynamics through case studies.
By combining the concepts of OKR and DISC, the opening of GreaterHub XIX provided participants with a foundation. Startups are expected to set business goals and build strong teams within a constantly evolving ecosystem.
