Profile
Dr Dzikri received a PhD in Energy Economics and an MSc International Oil and Gas Management from the Center for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITB. Dr Hakam also received Postgraduate Diploma, equivalent to a Master's Degree, in Islamic Economics and Finance from Al-Maktoum College of Dundee.
He is the recipient of Chevening award, LPDP award, Best Student award, and Al-Maktoum bursary award.
Dr Dzikri acted as a professional, researcher, manager, expert, and senior lecturer in various institutions for more than 16 years.
Dr Hakam has published high-quality publications including papers published in Energy Strategy Reviews, Utilities Policy, Energies, Economies, Sustainability, International Journal of Energy Economics and Policy, Journal of Sustainable Finance & Investment, Iranian Economic Review Journal, and IEEE Explore.
He also acts as a regular reviewer of international journals and conferences.
His research interest is Energy Economics and Finance.
