Ganesha Maxima?s main motivation to enter business case competition is to implement theories taught in classes and to apply the experience gain at work and their preparation is quite lengthy and not as smooth as one of the team members was hospitalize for days. However, they did not lose hope and schedule an intense preparation to utilize the time available.
The selection process begins with sorting 52 participants into 12 best teams to advance to semifinals. Ganesha Maxima team won runner up, while the team from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines won first place and PPM Manajemen in third place.
To enter any business case competition, a solid coordination among team members is an essential factor. One member?s advantages should complement another member?s disadvantages.
