The talk show is opened by Director pogram Bachelor of Entrepreneurship, Wawan Dhewanto, P.hD and followed by two speakers; Dina Dellyana from Glintz Shoes, and Satriya from Ramen House.

In her session, Dina Dellyana shared her passion-searching journey through several businesses to finally pursue her passion in shoes. Juggling between her study and business, she found herself struggle with time management. During the talk show, Dina shared few tips on how to ensure both work effectively:

  • Find your soul mate, a business partner who complement each other well
  • Decide on a clear set of job descriptions. This includes everything from profit sharing to salary
  • Manage your priorities. Decide your daily commitment on how many hours for business and study per day
  • Check your schedule, and adjust with your business timeline. In your absence, always let your partner knows so they would be able to fill you in
  • In business, the harder you work, the more you earn. So, start to do less on the unimportant stuffs

Satriya from Ramen House continues the session with his story on how his hobby in gaming got him started to dive in business. After realizing his passion in food, he began his venture in culinary business. Satriya added the following tips:

  • Find a business that is right for you
  • Make it simple, don’t overwhelm yourself. First off, have the business running to make a good credibility of yourself
  • Think positive. Instead of pondering about the ‘what if’, set yourself a target and dream big
  • Start now. But remember, education is as important

The Q & A session was exciting yet motivating where students actively asked further questions on the experiences of running a business, marketing and promotion tips. The talk show is ended with a photo session.
