This program consisted factory visits in suburbs of Bandung and various of courses by SBM lecturer and practitioner which every courses has different topics related culture and business in Indonesia. The courses that participants took were “Indonesian Aerospace Growth Strategy After Crisis” by Dr. Raja Umbang (PT. Dirgantara Practitioner),”Ethnic-groups and cultures in Indonesia” by Dr. Bambang Rudito, “Operations Strategy for Industrial Estates Based on the Indonesian Evidence” by Mr. Gatot Yudoko PhD, and “Business Model in Indonesian Business” by Wawan Dhewanto as Head of Entrepreneurship Program. This program enabled participants to explore opportunities for business in differences culture in Indonesia.

Same as in the first year of Yamaguchi boo-tcamp, participants visited two prestigious company that were Bandung Digital Valley and PT. Dirgantara. The first factory visit was held in Bandung Digital Valley. Bandung Digital valley has a variety of programs that will help develop a variety of learning methods to business development in IT and Creative Idea. After that, they visited PT. Dirgantara. They learnt how the making process of aircraft design and development; aircraft structure manufacturing; aircraft assembly; and aircraft services for both civilian and military of light and medium aircraft. They were enthusiastic to know about Indonesian Aerospace and they said that it was a big honor to have a chance to visit PT. Dirgantara. The following day, they visited PT. Kuassa which located in central of Bandung. PT. Kuassa is a software development company specializing in digital guitar amplification and audio processing. At the end of the day, they not only visited the factory in the field of music and technology but also visited the factory in field of health. The two factories are PT. Kobe and PT. Sanbe Farma. In PT. Kobe, they learnt about manufacture of rubber material that become the main ingredient for making process of sphygmomanometer (blood pressure tools) and it exported to several countries in Europe and Asia. The factory visit ran very interesting. The last factory visit held at PT. Sanbe Farma. It is a group of pharmaceutical companies that carry out the formulation development and production. They learn directly from the drugs and intravenous fluids in high technology manufactures.
