Together with SBM local students who were also joined the event as their buddies, the international students learnt how to dance Jaipong, sing Sundanese traditional song, play Angklung instrument, play “Gamelan” as a team, create a “Cepot” puppet from cassava leaves, cook traditional cake “Kue Bugis”, make traditional beverage “Wedang Jahe”, paint the farmers hat “Caping”, and also speak simple Sundanese words. In the end of the event, the participants tried the rice planting, just like a Indonesian farmer. Though it was raining at that time, they put off their shoes and walked happily into the mud. They were also bathing a water buffalo and play with it while took selfie photos.

They were really excited to learn these new things and enjoyed the friendship with SBM local students.

Once again, SBM ITB would like to say:
Welcome to Bandung, the land of warm hearted people…
And welcome to SBM ITB…
