After successfully carrying out the pre-incubation program related to the Key Metric and OKR online workshop material, The Greater Hub went to next chapter namely the Mentor Match Making held on Friday (11/09/2020). The start-up coach consisted of Resident Mentors and Expert Mentors from Managing Director Samsung Research Indonesia (SRIN), Alfred Boediman, to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) MRA Media, Michael Tampi.

“In this session, it is hoped that the mentors will be able to get to know the startups, as well as to know the capacity, about the extent to which the mentors will help the progress of the participants, “said the Director of The Greater Hub (TGH), Dr. Dina Dellyana.

According to Dina, the monthly activities that would be carried out by TGH included:

  1. Mentoring with Resident Mentors
  2. Meeting with Expert Mentors
  3. Coaching about finance and legal
  4. Workshop and exercise

“Resident Mentors were expected to be able to meet with the start-ups twice a month while meetings with Expert Mentors will be held once a month. In addition, Resident Mentors are also asked to always monitor the development of the startups that they coach and accommodate whatever their needs are, “told the Director.
