This was conveyed by Dr. Enkky Sasono, former Director of Human Capital Management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero), in a guest lecture on Human Capital Management at the SBM ITB on Friday (14/7). Enkky’s presentation was entitled “Leadership 4.0 in Driving Talent Management Practice” in the lecture. He emphasized that organizations must adapt, embrace change, and remain agile and responsive to ever-evolving market dynamics. The principle involves embracing new technologies, encouraging innovation, and continuously improving processes.

Enkky also stressed the critical importance for organizations to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver genuine value. Understanding customer needs, anticipating preferences, and consistently providing exceptional products or services are the key to success. Organizations can increase their chances of achieving sustainable growth and long-term success by prioritizing these elements.

An organization undergoing a transition from Revolution 4.0 to 5.0 must take heed of these crucial factors. Society 5.0 embodies a visionary concept that seeks to seamlessly integrate advanced technology into the fabric of society, effectively tackling multifaceted societal challenges. It aims to combine the physical and digital worlds to benefit individuals and communities. Society 5.0 emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of humans and technology, leveraging innovations such as artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, and big data to create a sustainable and inclusive society.
