“Although pandemic, the public’s desire to study at SBM is still high. This August 2020 intake we accepted 616 students. This is the largest number of enrollment for graduate degree programs compared to the previous number of admissions,” said the Dean, Prof. Utomo Sarjono Putro at the Virtual Welcoming New Students event on Wednesday (19/8/2020). In between the 616 students, we also have expatriate students from South Korea, Japan, China, Canada, France, Madagascar, and Laos.

The high interest of the applicant makes the competition to be accepted is fairly tight. For MBA program, the level of tightness ranges from 48-49 percent while for Doctoral program is 23 percent with competition ratio goes to 1:4.

SBM ITB is in the process of obtaining international accreditation from Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business (AACSB), United States. Besides that, all of the study programs have been accredited by ABEST21 International from Japan. Mentioning school reputation as the Best Business School from Global Brand Magazine United Kingdom, we are now in top 300 from QS World University Ranking and top 501+ from Times Higher Education, with 3 Palmes of Excellence Business School by Eduniversal France.

“”We hope that we can enroll more of international students, expand our cooperation with various overseas universities, and facilitate our civitas to acquire large-scale global access,” told the Dean.
