This year, just like its theme, “Nurturing New Business Landscapes to Embrace the Next Normal,” ICMEM presents its innovations in organizing the 6th International Conference on Management in Emerging Markets (ICMEM) 2021 in collaboration with SBM ITB. It uses a Virtual Exhibition to present the offline atmosphere of the Bandung Institute of Technology through various virtual spaces provided, such as Conference Hall, Poster Hall, and Workshop Hall, which is accessible via https://virtualfair .itb.ac.id/.

For three consecutive days (11-13 August 2021), ICMEM collaborates with international organizations and companies to present various world-class events, from presenting material from the most influential people in Indonesia and the world to fun workshops presenting various topics from the best people in their fields. All of these activities are presented as ICMEM’s best efforts to provide the best for the people of Indonesia.

ICMEM strives for visitors to get a new experience following virtual exhibitions and webinars through the various atmospheres provided in each room. For example, the Workshop Hall is filled with refreshment activities, such as mindfulness practice and cooking healthy food by the experts. Also, the Conference Hall is for webinars while presenting a booth atmosphere in the ITB Hall, just like when it’s offline. The Poster Hall presents various posters for ICMEM and SBM ITB Swiss Innovation Challenge 2021 participants as if it is being displayed on a wall in the Hall which is usually used for offline exhibitions.

Hopefully, with the new and unique experiences that ICMEM provides through the Virtual Exhibition, visitors can be more enthusiastic in developing their business during the new normal we are facing. ICMEM also hopes to continue developing its innovations at future events to continue to support public interest and development in business in Indonesia.
