After a long series of events consisting of 23 parallel sessions over three days from 10–12 August 2022, The International Graduates Colloquium (IGC) 2022 finally arrived at the event’s highlight, which is the IGC 2022 Best Paper Announcement. It is one of the segment in the 7th International Conference on Management in Emerging Markets (ICMEM) 2022 Awarding Night on Friday (12/08/2022).
Two award categories were presented that night: Best Research on Magister Science Management and Best Research on Doctor Science Management. The criteria to evaluate the works are originality, the contribution of the work to the issues raised, and managerial implications.
The researchers who won awards in the Best Research category for Master of Management Science were Azmii Lathifah with the paper entitled “Understanding Participation in Value Co-Creation and Acceptance of iPosyandu Application among Community Health Workers” and Tarada Berlian Megananda with the paper entitled “Improving Finance Well-Being in Indonesia: The Mediating Role of Financial Behavior.”
Meanwhile, the Best Research category for Doctor of Management Science are Anton Herutomo, who raised the topic “Digital Social Innovation to Support Sustainable Development: Framework and Preliminary Study,” and Sely Martini, who discussed “Conceptual Model on the Implication of Implementing ISO 37001 Antibribery Management System in Indonesian. State-Owned Enterprises For Corruption Prevention”..
The International Graduates Colloquium (IGC) is a forum for postgraduate research students to present and discuss their research with colleagues, leading scholars, and experts in a collaborative atmosphere that enables meaningful and constructive knowledge exchange. IGC has been held successfully for three consecutive years since 2019 and received more than 200 paper submissions in 2022.
IGC aims to contribute to postgraduate research students’ journey to receive valuable input on their research, along with workshops for them to learn about literature review, contemporary research methods and publications, and career development.
