April 22, 2026

Three MBA graduates from the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), achieved a perfect GPA at the ITB graduation ceremony for the April 2026 term. They are Angel Permata Jauhari, Arliani Ivandhari and Raynald Frederick. They received awards at the graduation ceremony titled “Graduation Night: The Legacy” on April 17–18, 2026, at the ITB Ganesha West Hall, Bandung.

Angel Permata Jauhari is the recipient of the Best Young Professional Award. Angel chose to pursue her MBA at SBM ITB after considering the quality of the curriculum and alumni network. She also sought firsthand information before making her decision.

Through a double degree program with the University of Queensland, Angel broadened her understanding of the Asia Pacific market, particularly in the areas of sociopreneurship and edupreneurship. She also attended the 8th International Conference on Management in Emerging Markets (ICMEM 2024) held by SBM ITB at The Patra Bali on August 28–29, 2024. At the conference, Angel won the Best Paper Award.

“I think it’s important to always do your best and not hesitate to reach out. At SBM ITB, the environment is very supportive, so you’re never truly alone during your studies,” said Angel.

Arliani Ivandhari, the Department Head of the Institutional Business Group at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has been awarded the Inspiring Leader Award. In her role, Arliani oversees strategic partnerships with various ministries and institutions, which includes conducting high-level negotiations and designing collaboration initiatives.

Arliani employs an empowerment-based leadership style with focused delegation. She also emphasizes the importance of trust within the team. To balance her time between study, work, and personal responsibilities, Arliani relies on disciplined time and energy management.

“I realize that time and energy are limited resources. Therefore, I manage them with clear priorities, disciplined execution, and leverage collaboration to maintain quality without sacrificing efficiency,” said Arliani.

Meanwhile, Raynald Frederick received the Best Executive Award. He has a career background in the FMCG industry supply chain. His experience across operational and strategic roles encouraged him to pursue an Executive MBA at SBM ITB.

During the program, Raynald experienced a shift in his thinking and decision-making. He began to consider the long-term impact and strategic aspects of business decisions.

“I no longer consider just quick problem-solving; I also evaluate their overall business impact. This program has helped me create a more organized approach,” said Raynald.

These three graduates exemplify how the learning process at SBM ITB aligns with their professional careers. For them, pursuing an MBA is not just about academic success; it is also about developing critical thinking, leadership skills, and making meaningful contributions in the workplace.
