12th Bandung startup pitching day: 20 startups present business and technology solutions

SBM ITB held its 12th Bandung Startup Pitching Day (BSPD) in Bandung (December 11th). Themed “Impactful Innovation and Beyond,” the event featured 20 selected startups presenting their businesses and technology solutions to investors and industry leaders. This edition of BSPD marked the conclusion of the 2025 event series.

The 20 startups presented their business models to investors from various institutions, including Antler, MDI Ventures, BNI Ventures, Init-6, Kopital, Rahmania Foundation, Sagana, MCI, ID Opentech Group, Indonesian Bankers Club, Antarest Ventures, DSX Ventures, Arunami, KOACI, Sweef Capital, MFA, Spiral Ventures, Telkomsel Ventures, Aliansi VC Tech, and RICE. The top four startups received awards. Best Pitch went to Paperless Hospital, and Most Innovative went to Tanabur. Most Impactful for Libere. Most Marketable went to Ernawa.

The 12th BSPD was held in collaboration with five elements of the Bandung startup ecosystem: The Greater Hub SBM ITB, the Directorate of Science and Technology Area (DKST) ITB, Startup Bandung, Innovation Factory, and Geek Hunter. Dina Dellyana, Head of the Greater Hub SBM ITB Incubator, opened the event. The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at SBM ITB, Dr. rer. pol. Eko Agus Prasetio stated that BSPD aims to foster the resilience of the startup community.

“Bandung Startup Pitching Day is our commitment not only to spark new ideas but also to build a supportive ecosystem that helps startups face challenges and maintain their growth,” he said.

SBM ITB stated that BSPD serves as a meeting place for startups and potential investors, providing access to capital. The theme “Impactful Innovation and Beyond” emphasizes Bandung’s position as one of Indonesia’s technology and entrepreneurship hubs.
